Paws for Prevention: Fundraiser for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

Visit us and help us not only save cats, but support suicide prevention! No reservations required. Access to the cat room will be first come, first served. Cat room space is limited.

Entry to the cat lounge will be on donation basis (you choose your own entry fee) . Cash bar. Proceeds go to the AFSP for the Paws for Prevention event, which focuses on animals’ positive impact on mental health!

Paws for Prevention Event will be on May 18 1-3pm at Waterfront Park in Alexandria!

Sip (And help the cats Paint)

Have you seen those adorable videos of cats throwing their bodies on (covered) canvases to create art? Well we thought some of the cats here would like to show off their talents. Maybe make a cherry blossom tree with their tails...

Join us for our first Sip (and help the cats Paint) night! One ticket includes 90 min of cat/creative art time plus two glasses of wine. We will start downstairs to set up our canvases.Then we will cover the canvas so no cats get painted themselves, and go upstairs and the cats do their art! Catnip, treats, and lasers will be provided.

After the event, you will have the option to purchase your favorite cat's painting for $25 to help that cat’s food and care for the month of April. PURRFECT Easter/Spring gifts!

Plan on coming to Mount Purrnon to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend with cats! (sorry, St. CATRICK’S DAY). We will have food and drink specials all weekend, including Irish beer, Irish grilled cheese sandwiches, and green sparkling wine!

No special tickets are required, but reservations are strongly recommended for the cat lounge. Walk-ins for the cat lounge are welcome as long as we aren’t at capacity. The bar is always open to walk-in guests.

Note that Saturday from 6pm to 8pm is ages 18+ only.
